For the last few years, we’ve been developing Project R, the first K24 engine swap for righthand-drive Mazda MX5 NCs in the UK. In 2024 we launched our two K24 conversion kits, the NA 300hp and turbo 400-500 hp variants.

PL-R 300 NA K24 Conversion
The engine the MX5 always needed. With 300hp + and revving to 8000rpm, our NA Spec K24 engine conversion kit for the MX5 NC (ND coming soon) will have your heart pounding. Unlike our Turbo Spec kit, the NA Spec kit has been developed for both safe road and track usage.

PL-R 500 Turbo K24 Conversion
More horsepower per ton than the Porsche 911 GT2. With 500hp+, our Turbo Spec K24 engine conversion kit for the MX5 NC (ND coming soon) will slam you to the back of your seat. Unlike our NA Spec kit, the Turbo Spec kit has been developed for track and race usage.
